"Change of mind" returns will incur a store credit if it is returned within 7 days of delivery following inspection. Please be advised that earrings cannot be returned due to "change of mind" for health and safety reasons.

Repairs may be offered for a small charge. If the product is faulty, we will offer a store credit or free repair.
