Once your order has placed, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
"Change of mind" returns will incur a store credit if it is returned within 7 days of delivery following inspection. Please be advised that earrings cannot be returned due to "change of mind" for health and safety reasons.
Prior to shipment, all pieces are meticulously stress-tested to ensure that you are receiving a high quality and durable item - if your piece should break within 3 months of delivery we request that you return the item for assessment. Repairs may be offered for a small charge. If the product is faulty, we will offer a store credit or free repair. Please be advised that any personalised jewellery, such as engraved pieces, cannot be returned.
Any returns after initial shipment are at the cost of the customer.
